Minuttia alternatives, measured

Broadcastwell ran this measurement and sells AI search visibility services, which makes us a competitor of Minuttia and of every firm listed as an alternative to it. The dated research reports what four engines returned. The original counts, method and limitations remain available below.

Between 22:30 on 26 July and 01:15 on 27 July 2026 we put ten buyer questions about AI search visibility agencies to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, five times over. Forty answers per run, 200 in total. Six of the ten questions named no agency, which leaves 120 answers where the engine had to choose without a prompt.

An alternatives-to page is normally written from the totals, because the totals are flattering to everybody. The name-free column is the one that decides whether a firm enters a deal it was not already invited to.

Minuttia sits third of five on totals and third of five on the name-free count, on one naming out of 120.

Fourteen of Minuttia's fifteen namings came from questions that had already put an agency name in front of the engine. Those questions took the shape of alternatives-to and one firm versus another, and they reward an engine for repeating the name it was handed. One naming in 120 open questions is the number that describes reach. The other fourteen describe a question set, not a market position.

The same firm looks like a contender on one column and a near-absence on the other.

This is not a criticism of Minuttia. It is the ordinary shape of this category. Four of the five firms we measured were named three times or fewer across 120 open questions, and two were named zero times. One firm took 15 of the 19 total namings. That concentration is the finding.

The 200 answers returned 663 citations across 223 distinct domains, 129 of them cited exactly once. minuttia.com was cited 24 times, fourth among agency-owned domains, behind beomniscient.com at 41, hamstergarage.com at 39 and rampiq.agency at 25.

The answers cited minuttia.com two dozen times across 200 answers and named the firm once when nobody prompted them to. Those two facts sit together and they are the most useful thing on this page for anyone comparing vendors.

A citation records a returned source URL. A naming records the agency name in the answer. These are separate observations, and a citation count alone does not establish recommendations, leads or revenue.

If you are shortlisting alternatives, the honest summary of what the engines returned is short. In the 120 name-free answers, Omniscient Digital was named 15 times, Hamster Garage 3, Minuttia 1, and Rampiq and Zupo 0 each. Every one of the eight most-cited domains is owned by the agency it describes, so there is little third-party validation underneath any of these names.

We hold ourselves to the same standard rather than exempting ourselves from it. The method is published in full: the exact questions, the engines, the scoring rules, the raw data and the limitations. The current measurement protocol is on the methodology page. The broader category work is at GEO agencies, measured.

What we ran. Ten buyer questions, four engines, five runs, 200 answers, 26 to 27 July 2026, one run per prompt. Measured under method v1.0. Current engagements run under method v1.1, described on the methodology page. Question sets were regenerated for each run rather than held constant, so run-to-run movement is question variation rather than engine instability.
What we counted. An answer counts once for an agency it names, regardless of position or sentiment. Citations are every URL the engine returned, opened and resolved to a domain.
What this does not prove. Nothing here measures Minuttia's work, its results, its pricing or its fit for your company. It measures how often four engines named each firm in that study, in one category over one window. A firm named once may be excellent and invisible. A firm named often may be neither.

Which agencies do AI engines name as alternatives to Minuttia?

Across the 120 answers whose question named no agency, Omniscient Digital was named 15 times, Hamster Garage 3 times, Minuttia once, and Rampiq and Zupo not at all. Across all 200 answers the order was Omniscient Digital 49, Hamster Garage 19, Minuttia 15, Rampiq 14 and Zupo 13.

How visible is Minuttia in AI answers?

Minuttia was named in 15 of 200 answers, which places it third of five by total namings. On the 120 answers whose question named no agency it was named once. minuttia.com was cited 24 times among 663 citations, which is fourth among agency-owned domains.

Why does the citation count exceed the naming count?

Because citation and recommendation are separate events. minuttia.com was cited 24 times while Minuttia was named once across the 120 name-free answers. An engine can read a site to compose an answer and then name someone else in it.

Is Broadcastwell one of the alternatives listed here?

No. Broadcastwell publishes this page and provides AI search visibility services. The dated research findings are presented separately from current commercial claims and client evidence.
