What an AI search visibility program costs

The instant check is free and the full audit is free. The monthly program is $4,500 a month with a three month minimum, then month to month. Our first three clients pay a founding rate of $3,000 a month in exchange for a named public case study and a review. Those are the whole numbers, and this page explains what sits behind each of them.

What you can buy

There are three things to buy here and two of them are free. That is not a funnel trick. An engagement that starts with a number you did not have before is easier to judge than one that starts with a call.

What the category charges

Most agencies in this category quote custom pricing and publish no figure. The ones that do publish a number sit between about $2,500 and $10,000 a month. Every figure below comes from the agency's own site or from a roundup that agency wrote, which is worth knowing when you read it.

AgencyPublished rateSource
Omniscient DigitalFrom $10,000 / monthStated on their own site
Discovered Labs5,495 euro / monthSelf-listed in their own roundup
PipeRocket Digital$5,000 / monthSelf-listed in their own roundup

Broadcastwell$4,500 / monthThis page

Rates read July and August 2026. Minuttia is listed as not published because third-party sources cite figures that disagree with each other, and we will not state a competitor's price we cannot source to the competitor.

03

What arrives each month

The program is execution, not a report. Four things ship every month, and the fourth one is what tells you whether the first three worked.

DeliverableWhat it is
Four answer pagesPages that answer the specific questions your buyers ask, written to be retrievable and kept current.
One schema and entity passStructured data, entity consistency across the properties that describe you, and the machine-readable half of being citable.
Third-party placement workThe lists, buyer guides and directories engines already pull from. This is where most of the citation weight sits.
A re-score of your ten questionsThe same ten questions, the same four engines, every month. You see the number whether it moved or not.
04

Why the price is on a page

Buyers ask AI engines what this costs. An engine cannot cite a number that is not written down anywhere, so a category where most vendors hide the price produces answers that name whichever vendor did write one down. That is the mechanism this firm sells, applied to itself.

In The 2026 State of GEO we scored 860 AI answers about 85 B2B software companies across 61 categories and traced 5,160 citations. Among the 100 most-cited domains, 77.4% of citations were vendor-authored. Reddit, Quora and Stack Overflow together accounted for zero of the 5,160. What a vendor publishes on its own pages is what gets read back.

The same study found the median company was named in 20% of the answers in its own category, and 35% of companies were named in none of them. A published price is one of the cheapest ways to stop being in the second group for at least one question.

Scope note. The study is single-engine: Claude Sonnet with live web search, one run per prompt, and the sample skews toward challenger brands. The client audit runs four engines. Those are two different measurements and the four-engine fact does not attach to the study numbers.

05

How you tell whether it worked

The same ten questions go through the same four engines every month and you get the count. Named how many times out of forty, cited how many times out of forty, and which competitors were named instead. A flat month is reported as a flat month.

We run that measurement on ourselves and publish the result at broadcastwell.com/visibility. The first run scored 0 of 40. As far as we can tell no other agency in this category has published its own measured score, in either direction.

06

Questions about the price

How much does it cost to hire an AI search visibility agency?

Published rates in this category run from about $2,500 a month to about $10,000 a month, and most agencies publish no figure at all. Broadcastwell charges $4,500 a month with a three month minimum, then month to month. The first three clients pay a founding rate of $3,000 a month in exchange for a named public case study and a review.

Is the audit free?

Yes. Both free steps are real deliverables, not a sales call. The instant check runs five buyer questions through ChatGPT and Perplexity and emails the result in about ten minutes. The full audit runs ten buyer questions across four AI engines and returns a two-page findings document. Neither requires a call.

What is the minimum term?

Three months, then month to month. Three months is the shortest period over which a monthly re-score can show a trend rather than noise.

What arrives each month?

Four answer pages, one schema and entity pass, third-party placement work in the lists and buyer guides AI engines already cite, and a re-score of your ten buyer questions across four AI engines. The re-score is sent whether the number moved or not.

Why is the price published?

Because buyers ask AI engines what this costs, and an engine cannot cite a number that is not written down. A page that answers the cost question directly is retrievable. A contact form is not.

What happens if the score does not move?

You see it in the same monthly re-score that would have shown progress. The measurement is the deliverable, so a flat month is reported as a flat month. The engagement is month to month after the first three, so nothing holds you in place.

07

What is behind the numbers

The free steps are not gated. The instant check and the full audit both return a result by email. Neither requires a call, a demo or a credit card.
The founding rate is limited and it is a trade. Three clients at $3,000 a month, in exchange for a named public case study and a review. It is a discount bought with permission to publish, not a permanent price.
Competitor rates are quoted from their own pages. Every figure in the table above comes from that agency's own site or its own published roundup, read in July and August 2026. Where a firm publishes nothing, the row says so rather than repeating a third-party guess.
We are an operator in this category. Broadcastwell sells the service described on this page. The figures about the category come from our own published research, the dataset is open, and the DOI is on the study page so anyone can recompute them.
