We confirm Ready within 60 minutes during business hours. If anything is missing, a member of our team contacts you directly and finishes it with you. If Ready still cannot be reached, you can cancel for a full refund.
Business hours are 08:00 to 20:00 Indianapolis Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 16:00 Saturday and Sunday. Ready and due times are recorded.
Your approved repair goes live, or we deliver your chosen handoff, within 48 elapsed hours of Ready. Sources, the before-and-after receipt and the CEO note come with it.
For a Sprint or Program, you get the first approved page batch, fixed fact record, publication and rollback log, known blockers and next batch.
A Sprint closes with six pages and the agreed re-measure: pass, no-pass or coverage-failed, with refund status. A Program delivers twelve pages, a source-change log, buyer-path checks and a separate measurement report.
Every finding is checked against its receipts before delivery; Priya Nair, our delivery lead, reviews each Audit within 24 hours of delivery.
Answer Repair is due 48 elapsed hours after recorded Ready. If we miss the deliverable or deadline, we initiate a full $490 refund within five business days. You keep the work. You may also request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Agency Deadline Audit findings arrive within 48 hours of recorded scope confirmation. It is refundable in full within 30 days of delivery. We never contact your agency's client during the work or for twelve months after.
The Fix Sprint has one agreed primary test, re-measured at day 30. Measured gain on that test, or the full $3,900 back. You keep the work.
