AI search visibility

What to look for when choosing an AI search visibility agency

Ask six things, and ask to see them, not hear them.

1. Which engines, by name. Ours are ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.

2. What the count is out of. The named measure is the number of answers that name your company, and named and cited as a source use the valid captured answers.

3. What happens to an answer the engine did not return. When an engine returns nothing, errors or refuses, that answer is excluded from both the named count and the denominator, and listed. It is never scored as a miss.

4. Whether you receive the evidence. Every observed answer, as the engine returned it, with the engine that returned it, the date and time it ran, and every source it cited.

5. Whether the measures stay separate. Presence is measured, tone is not. We never add or weight the measures into a composite score.

6. How a change is judged. A change counts only when the lowest remeasure run is above the highest baseline run.

The method is published at broadcastwell.com/methodology. The Category Audit is $490, one time, with findings within 48 hours of your category confirmation.
