AI search visibility for vertical B2B software

Your buyers ask ChatGPT for a shortlist. We show you why you are not on it.

Ten buyer questions, five engines, three measured runs. See which questions leave you out, the sources visible in those answers, and the three changes worth testing first.

Choose your starting point.

Every engagement starts with measurement. The Category Audit is the smallest measured step; the Diagnostic covers the full question set; the program acts on what the measurement shows.

Category Audit

$490

once

One category, ten buyer questions, five engines, three measured runs.

  • Which of the ten questions you lose, and who is named instead of you.
  • The sources visible in those answers, and whether AI crawlers can reach your site at all.
  • Three prioritised fixes, in writing within 48 hours of the category being confirmed.

The full $490 credits against the Diagnostic within 30 days.

AI Visibility Diagnostic

$990

once

35 buyer questions, five engines, three scheduled runs per question and engine pair.

  • 525 scheduled observed answers, with up to two adaptive runs extra on each cell whose verdicts disagree.
  • Every question typed as shortlist, role, use case or evaluation, and reported per type.
  • Results land in your account when the run completes.

The full $990 credits against the program.

The program

$13,500

per 90 days, billed $4,500 monthly

A 90-day initial term, then month to month.

  • Answer pages for the questions you lose, and an entity and structured-data pass of the kind the engines already read.
  • Third-party placement on the sources the engines cite in your category, measured first.
  • Monthly leading indicators by question type, and a full re-score each quarter.

The $990 Diagnostic credits in full against the program.

Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1. Credits, the 90-day proof gate and the refund terms are set out on pricing and terms.

What lands in your account.

Which questions you lose

Vantaa Tax

Fixed 10-question benchmark across four AI surfaces: index 100 to approximately 112 in 28 days. Early directional measurement only, not traffic, revenue, ranking or compliance performance.

“We gave Broadcastwell a very difficult transition brief. In 28 days, our tracked AI visibility improved by approximately 12%, but the bigger benefit was the clarity they gave us. Their work was research-based, highly specific and genuinely useful.”Katherine Jane, Founder, Chartered Accountant, Vantaa Tax

Neurvalis AI Automation

The Diagnostic established specific priorities. Neurvalis continued into the 90-day program, with the Diagnostic credited against it.

“We started with Broadcastwell's diagnostic because I wanted an outside view of how Neurvalis was positioned and where we were actually weak. The diagnostic turned a broad problem into specific priorities. It gave us enough clarity to make the next investment confidently.”Matthew Montes, Founder, Neurvalis AI Automation

Valren Atelier

A baseline AI visibility audit and strategic guidance for an online-first leather-goods brand.

“The AI Visibility Audit gave us a much clearer understanding of how AI search platforms viewed our brand and where we were losing visibility to competitors.”Anitha Kumar, Managing Director, Valren Atelier. Excerpt.

The first 90 days.

  1. 01

    Qualify the work

Name the category, the decision it feeds and who implements.

  2. 02

    Measure the baseline

Agree the buyer questions and preserve the answers, named vendors and cited sources.

  3. 03

    Walk through the findings

Connect each lost question to its observed sources and a change to test.

  4. 04

    Make the paid decision

Choose whether the evidence supports further work, and agree the scope.

  5. 05

    Apply the day-90 gate

Re-score the frozen panel. The named count must strictly improve; a tie fails.

The Diagnostic establishes the baseline. Each month, we deliver four answer pages, an entity and structured-data pass of the standard kind the engines already read, third-party placement work, and a report on mentions, citations and sources.

At day 90, the full question set is re-scored. The 90-day proof gate and its limits are set out in the terms. Your data stays yours.

Before you start.

What does the Diagnostic measure?

The Diagnostic tests 35 buyer questions across five engines. Three scheduled runs per question-and-engine pair produce 525 scheduled observed answers, adaptive runs extra. Up to two adaptive runs are extra on each cell whose three verdicts disagree. Mentions, recommendations, recommendation position and citations stay separate.

Can we start with one category?

Yes. The Category Audit is $490 once: one category, ten buyer questions, five engines and three measured runs. Findings arrive within 48 hours of category confirmation, with three prioritised fixes. The full $490 credits against the Diagnostic within 30 days.

How does the program work?

The program is $13,500 per 90 days, billed $4,500 monthly. The initial term is 90 days, then month to month. It includes answer pages for the questions you lose, an entity and structured-data pass of the standard kind the engines already read, third-party placement on the sources the engines cite in your category, monthly leading indicators by question type and a full re-score each quarter. The full $990 Diagnostic fee credits against the program's first monthly invoice.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

If Broadcastwell is not the right fit, you get your money back. A standalone Category Audit or AI Visibility Diagnostic is refundable in full, no questions asked, if requested within 30 days of delivery of the findings. The first month of the program is refundable in full, no questions asked, at any time before month two is invoiced. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep every deliverable produced up to that point. The only exception is third-party costs paid on your behalf, and we tell you about any of those before they are incurred.
