The short version

This site sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. We do not track you across the web, we do not build a profile on you, and we do not sell or share anything about your visit. The only cookies that can be set here are the functional ones our hosting platform needs to serve the site.

Because we set nothing that requires consent under the ePrivacy Directive or the GDPR, there is no cookie banner on this site. We think that is the honest version of a cookie notice rather than a wall you have to click through.

What is not here

There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or LinkedIn or X advertising pixel, no retargeting tag, no session recorder, no heatmap tool, and no A/B testing script. The site loads no third-party analytics or advertising script at all.

We checked this rather than assuming it. If you open your browser's network or storage panel while reading this site, that is what you should see. If you find something that contradicts this page, tell us at hello@broadcastwell.com and we will fix the site or fix this page.

Functional cookies from Framer

This site is built and hosted on Framer, operated by Framer B.V. Framer's hosting may set a small number of strictly functional cookies or use equivalent local storage in order to serve pages, keep the site working across navigation, and protect against abuse. These are technically necessary to deliver the site you requested, and under the ePrivacy Directive that category does not require prior consent.

We do not receive per-visitor reporting from these, and we do not use them to identify you.

The instant check form

The instant check form does not rely on cookies. When you submit it, the form sends your work email, your company website, your category, and a timestamp to n8n Cloud, which processes the submission for us so we can run the check and email you the result. That is a direct submission of what you typed, not tracking, and it is described in full in our privacy notice.

Controlling cookies yourself

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can browse this site with cookies blocked entirely. Blocking functional cookies may affect how reliably pages load, but nothing on this site depends on tracking you.

If we ever add analytics, we will add a real consent mechanism before we switch it on, and we will update this page and the date at the top of it.

What an attorney should review

We are listing this openly rather than pretending the draft is finished. These are the open questions we know about.

  • Confirming the exact list of cookies and local storage keys Framer hosting actually sets, their names, purposes, and lifetimes, so this page can name them individually.
  • Whether every one of those genuinely qualifies as strictly necessary under the ePrivacy Directive and German TDDDG, since that is what justifies having no banner.
  • Whether TDDDG in Germany requires anything more of us than the ePrivacy baseline given that we contact German recipients.
  • Whether the absence of a cookie banner is defensible in each market we sell into, and whether a passive notice link is enough.
  • Whether the n8n Cloud submission path sets anything client-side that we have not accounted for here.
  • Whether US state privacy laws require a do-not-sell or do-not-share disclosure even though we do neither.
