What can we buy first?
Answer Repair is $490 for one buyer question and one source-backed page or fix. Agency Deadline Audit is $490 for one white-label report and one paste-ready change of 250 words or fewer.
When is Answer Repair due?
Within 48 elapsed hours of recorded Ready. Ready means paid, one question and page scope fixed, source facts sufficient and an approver named. Live also needs access and approval complete before payment.
What if the repair is late or incomplete?
If we miss the deliverable or deadline, we initiate a full $490 refund within five business days. You keep the work. You may also request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
What does the agency Audit measure?
Ten agreed buyer questions, three runs on each of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode:150 planned answers. Valid answers and exclusions are separate. Every count links to its dated answer.
Do you contact our agency's client?
Never during the work or for twelve months after. Your agency keeps the client relationship and implements the change. Full-page deployment is not included.
Can you guarantee an engine result?
We cannot guarantee a rank, mention, citation, visit, lead, sale or revenue. The written guarantees concern the agreed work and test.
Does the entry credit the Fix Sprint?
Fix Sprint is $3,900 ($3,410 after the $490 entry is credited, once). Its six contracted pages or rewrites over 30 days include any credited entry page.
Will Care start automatically?
No. Care is $490 a month, only after setup, and requires an explicit purchase. It covers integrity monitoring of up to 150 already-approved existing pages and two human hours a month. No new pages.
Do older orders keep their terms?
Orders placed before 26 October 2026 keep the terms shown at purchase.
