Eligibility and approval
Participation is by application and written approval only. Broadcastwell may accept, decline, suspend, or terminate participation to protect clients, brand integrity, legal compliance, or program quality.
Eligible referrals
An eligible referral is a new prospect registered with partners@broadcastwell.com and accepted by Broadcastwell before or at introduction. The first valid registration receives 90 days of protection. Existing clients, active opportunities, prior conversations, self-referrals, related entities under common control, and duplicate registrations are excluded.
When commission is earned
Commission is based on eligible net revenue actually collected and retained by Broadcastwell. Net revenue excludes taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, payment reversals, and separately itemized third-party or pass-through expenses. No commission is earned on unpaid invoices.
Payment
Earned commission is paid within 30 days after Broadcastwell receives the applicable client payment. The partner must provide accurate payment details and required tax documentation, including Form W-9 where applicable, before payout.
Required disclosure
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship near every endorsement or recommendation. Approved plain-language example: “I may earn a commission if you become a Broadcastwell client.” A vague label or disclosure hidden on another page is not sufficient.
Prohibited conduct
No spam, purchased or scraped lists, deceptive outreach, fake reviews, impersonation, guarantees, unverified claims, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, domains or social handles containing Broadcastwell, or paid advertising using the Broadcastwell name without prior written approval.
Brand and confidentiality
Use only current approved materials. Do not modify the logo, present yourself as Broadcastwell, disclose confidential information, or bind Broadcastwell to pricing, scope, warranties, or commitments.
Independent relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal representatives. Partners are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, disclosures, insurance, and compliance.
Termination and changes
Either party may end participation. Broadcastwell may withhold or reverse commission tied to fraud, prohibited conduct, refunds, chargebacks, or material breach. Broadcastwell may update the program with reasonable notice; changes do not retroactively reduce commission already earned.
Law and questions
The program is governed by Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions and lead registrations should be sent to partners@broadcastwell.com.
