The situation
Vantaa Tax needed an evidence-led story for a company in transition.
Vantaa Tax is an Australian-founded, AI-native indirect tax intelligence platform for fast-growing SaaS companies, digital businesses, ecommerce merchants and global enterprises. Its brief was unusually demanding: explain a changing platform, sharpen a changing brand and make the value legible to finance and tax buyers without overstating compliance outcomes.
Vantaa Tax operated under a prior name before this engagement. The former name is withheld at the client's request.
What Broadcastwell did first
Measurement first. Then the work that makes a company easier to understand and cite.
- Mapped buyer questions and baseline responses across non-brand queries tied to indirect-tax exposure, registration, calculation, filing and integrations.
- Defined entity clarity and messaging so Vantaa Tax could consistently communicate what it is, who it serves and where its capabilities apply.
- Prioritized answer-first content and source work across company, use-case, comparison, integration, pricing and FAQ topics.
- Set up a transparent measurement rhythm distinguishing named, cited and recommended appearances instead of treating every AI response as the same signal.
How the 12% was measured
A small, fixed benchmark with a clear calculation, not a vague AI score.
Under our methodology a single-run change of this size is directional only.
Important: this is an early directional benchmark. AI answers vary by platform, question, location and time. The result is not a promise of traffic, revenue, permanent placement or compliance performance.
The approximately 12 percent figure is an early directional result, not a final ranking, not a percentage point increase, and not a revenue claim. It compares the same ten non-branded buyer questions across the same four AI platforms at baseline and at day 28, normalized to an index of 100 at baseline and 112 at day 28. AI answers vary between runs and between platforms. Broadcastwell's three-repeat protocol will be applied at the day-90 assessment, producing three repeats of every question on every platform and a run-to-run spread, which is what determines whether the early movement holds. If that measurement does not support the initial figure, this case study will be updated. No interval is reported for the directional day-28 index change.
Client perspective
“We gave Broadcastwell a very difficult transition brief. Within 28 days, our tracked AI visibility improved by approximately 12%, but the bigger benefit was the clarity they gave us. Their work was research-based, highly specific and genuinely useful at a point when our brand, platform, audience and positioning were all changing.”
Single-run checkpoint: 40 answers per run, baseline index 100, day 28 about 112. No interval is reported for this directional index change.

The day-28 result is a checkpoint, not the conclusion.
The next phase focuses on the underlying evidence: useful source pages, answer-first explanations, stronger entity signals and continued monitoring of the exact buyer questions that matter. A day-90 update will use the same plain-language discipline alongside a reconciled measurement protocol.
