One engine free. Five in the Audit.
The free check fills the Perplexity ring once. The Category Audit fills all five rings, three times each, and keeps a receipt for every mark.
The shortlist wheel. Rings are engines, spokes are buyer questions. A filled mark means the engine named the company in its answer; an open mark means it did not.
Rings, inner to outer: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode. Spokes, clockwise from the top: Shortlist, Shortlist, Shortlist, Role, Role, Use case, Use case, Use case, Evaluation, Evaluation.
SAMPLE DATA. Kalvenor Systems is a fictional company, named in 13 of 50 answers on 12 July 2026 in the $490 Category Audit sample. The Free 10-question check (one engine) fills the Perplexity ring only; the other four rings are what the $490 Category Audit measures.

“We started with Broadcastwell's diagnostic because I wanted an outside view of how Neurvalis was positioned and where we were actually weak. The diagnostic turned a broad problem into specific priorities. It gave us enough clarity to make the next investment confidently.”

Before you buy.
What does the $490 Category Audit include?
One category, ten buyer questions, five engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode) and three runs each: 150 planned answers. It includes who is named instead of you and the sources those answers cite, a crawler access check, three prioritized fixes each with an owner and a done check, a receipts file, a one-page CMO summary and a finance memo. Findings arrive within 48 hours of category confirmation. The full $490 credits against the $990 Diagnostic within 30 days, and a $190 re-measure is offered 30 to 60 days after delivery.
What does the Diagnostic measure, and can I buy it now?
The AI Visibility Diagnostic is $990 once: 35 buyer questions across five engines, three scheduled runs per question and engine pair, 525 scheduled observed answers, adaptive runs extra. Mentions, recommendations, recommendation position and citations stay separate. New Diagnostics are paused until our next Audit delivery. Start with the $490 Category Audit; it credits in full against the Diagnostic within 30 days.
What is the Fix Sprint?
Fix Sprint, $2,900. Thirty days. Buy it straight after a $490 Category Audit: the $490 is credited once within 30 days of the Audit's delivery, so the Sprint balance is $2,410. No Diagnostic is needed first. Guarantee: at day 30 we re-run your target questions on all five engines, three runs each, and if your named count has not risen beyond the run-to-run noise we measured at baseline, we start a full $2,900 refund, including the $990 Diagnostic credit, within five business days, without you asking. One credit per Sprint. A change counts only when the lowest re-measure run is above the highest baseline run.
How does the program work?
The program is $13,500 per 90 days, billed $4,500 monthly, arranged on a 20-minute call. The initial term is 90 days, then month to month. Answer pages, entity work, source work and monthly reporting, as set in the signed agreement, plus a full re-score each quarter. The full $990 Diagnostic fee credits against the Fix Sprint or the program's first invoice, once, and not both.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Refund terms depend on the offer. A standalone Category Audit or AI Visibility Diagnostic is refundable in full, no questions asked, if requested within 30 days of delivery of the findings. The first month of the program is refundable in full, no questions asked, at any time before month two is invoiced. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep every deliverable produced up to that point. The only exception is third-party costs paid on your behalf, and we tell you about any of those before they are incurred.
